25/50ml Umodzi Gin
1 or 2 Grapefruit Segments
1 Red Chilli Halved
Coriander Leaves
Tonic Water

Grapefruit, Coriander and Chilli.
Method
Add Gin into glass, add ice and then drop in the grapefruit segments and half the red chilli, top with Tonic. Add Coriander Bouquet.

50 ml Umodzi Gin
15 ml fresh lime juice
15 ml Sugar cane syrup
100-120 ml tonic water
2-3 slices of jalapeño pepper 1-2 slices of fresh ginger Citrus oil Fresh rosemary sprig Ice

Garnish Slice Lemon and Rosemary leaf.
Preparation
Step 1: Muddle the fresh ginger and jalapeño slices in a cocktail shaker until fragrant. Step 2: Add Umodzi Gin, lime juice, and sugar cane syrup to the shaker, along with ice. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. Step 3: Pour the mixture into a glass with ice or smoked rosemary. Add tonic water, stir, and garnish with rosemary, lemon, and citrus oil.

5ml Peated Whiskey
15ml Aqua Fibre

Grapefruit, Coriander and Chilli.
Method
Add all ingredients excl pinotage, to shaker with Ice, Shake hard, single strain and separate ice from liquid, discard ice and shake again without ice (dry shake), Fine strain over Ice. Float pinotage.

Preparation
Step 1: Build up your highball glass with ice.
Step 2: Pour Umodzi gin, spice syrup and lemon juice in a mix to stir. Step 3: Top up with citrus soda and serve
